The Changing Faces of Science Exhibitions

An engaging array of exhibitions that have highlighted new stories each year since 2022. It celebrates the inspiring journeys of women in science and invite visitors to discover how diverse perspectives, identities, and backgrounds drive innovation and shape the future of scientific discovery.

CFOS: Janet Voight

ATMOSPHERIC PROJECTION VIDEO

I researched and produced expedition footage provided by Janet Voight, PhD, Associate Curator of Invertebrate Zoology at the Field Museum. Her team’s deep-sea explorations uncover the hidden world of octopuses and other remarkable marine life. Notably, my video features rare footage of the elusive tripod fish, which later gained attention online.

CFOS: Lynika Strozier

ATMOSPHERIC PROJECTION VIDEO

Lynika Strozier was a Field Museum scientist whose remarkable work and mentorship continue to inspire young learners. This exhibition, the first in The Changing Faces of Science series, celebrates her contributions to museum science and education. For this project, I created original illustrations and animations of Lynika, featured as intertitles in a science lab cleaning tutorial video.
